**The Opportunity**

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Gaining a deep understanding of our industry and clientele to develop useful business insights and implement comprehensive and actionable strategic business plans that will deliver results for our clients
- Providing both technical and analytical expertise when working with internal and external teams
- Designing, developing, maintaining the Business Intelligence and Enterprise Data platforms
- Reviewing and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources, and designing and developing company-wide data analysis and reporting solutions
- Leading, coaching, developing internal and external teams with Category Management and
- Analytics knowledge and principals
- Liaising with senior management teams on the retail and vendor side to leverage insights and
- analytics to identify business trends
- Creating and updating sales presentations for use in communication meetings, client visits, and
- planning meetings
- Working independently to conduct deep-dives on various sales execution and pricing strategies
- to uncover root-cause issues/opportunities
- Leveraging data mining, market insights, by conducting proactive business analysis leveraging
- syndicated data (AC Nielsen, IRI, SOD etc.)
- Determining effectiveness of customer pricing, promotional strategies and initiatives and preparing analysis, customer forecasts and customer P&L
- Reviewing the execution and measure our client’s loyalty marketing campaigns
- Communicating analysis results and making recommendations to senior management

**Qualifications & Experience**
- At least 5+ years of experience and proven impact in the Consumer Package Goods Industry
- At least 3+ years of category management experience
- At least 3+ years of Tableau/Power BI experience
- Experience in the Alcohol-Beverage Industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence clients and internal
- business Partners with data-driven insights
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to manage a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities with multiple stakeholders
- You have a proven track record of problem solving and taking on challenges, and you are extremely organized and meticulous with details
- Strong business/political ability to work diplomatically with clients & internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working in ambiguous and challenging situations
- Strong MS Excel skills and excellent personal presentation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
