**About the Restaurant Supervisor Role**:
- A full-time, entry level management position reporting to the General Manager
- Responsible for strong shift leadership for Front of House team & Guests, effectively and consistently during every shift.
- Delivers a great pre-shift meeting & ensures TMs are being productive at all times. Has a motivating presence on the floor.
- Makes contact with 100% of the tables (quality checks) & promotes Moments of Truth
- Ensures Steps of Service are followed to standard, reviews all aspects of restaurant operations with purpose
- Communicates promptly and effectively with BOH - open menu counts, quality & timing issues
- Is acutely aware of all standards and never turns their head from one
- Coaches ‘on the fly’ in a productive and positive fashion
- Aids in execution of current Focus of the Week program on every shift
- Follows up on any Guest problem or concern quickly, effectively and professionally
- Is effective at labour management, adjusting start & end times in accordance with business levels
- Is a champion for CG Responsible Service House Policies
- Strong communication through daily staff & business log notes.
- Opening/Closing Duties are executed with attention to detail and accuracy
**Qualifications**:
- You have a minimum of 2 years Serving and/or Bartending experience in a comparable full-service restaurant environment
- You may have previous restaurant supervisory or management experience
- You are looking for career development & growth into a full-time management role
- You have full-time, flexible availability
- You are Smart Serve certified
