About the role

We are pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for a talented and motivated customer business or engineering student with a service-oriented mind to join our dynamic team at Leviton Manufacturing Canada. Reporting to the Project Manager, this individual is responsible for providing administrative support to the Projects department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize the transfer of project files to a collaborative platform (Share Point)
- Archive project communications in the Share Point collaborative platform.
- Maintain our project log (Excel file)
- Work with Project Manager to create new Project Management platform (Microsoft List)
- Transfer project log from Excel to Microsoft List
- Work with project specialists to keep project calendar up to date with future closure dates.
- Prepare documents required at various stages of projects.
- Schedule appointments with customers and various stakeholders;
- Update project opportunities in Sales Force
- All other clerical tasks as required by the Projects Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Autonomy and a strong work ethic
- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, file and records management and other office procedures and terminology.
- Knowledge of Microsoft List and Sales Force is an asset.

Education and Experience
- Pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in engineering, business, project management or related field
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English

Responsabilités
- Organiser le transfert des dossiers projets vers une plateforme collaborative (Share Point)
- Archiver les communications projets dans la plateforme collaborative Share Point
- Maintenir à jour notre journal des projets (Fichier Excel)
- Travailler avec le Chef Projets pour créer une nouvelle plateforme de Gestion de Projets (Microsoft List)
- Transférer le journal des projets de Excel à Microsoft List
- Travailler en collaboration avec les spécialistes de projets pour maintenir à jour le calendrier des projets avec dates de fermeture futures
- Préparation des documents requis aux différentes étapes des projets
- Effectuer la prise de rendez-vous avec les clients et divers intervenants;
- Mettre à jour des opportunités de projets dans Sales
