**Responsibilities**:

- **Demonstrate compassion** **and** **empathy** for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions
- Perform** Outbound Calls **to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers
- **Support operations **by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts
- Complete** initial trace work** using online tools and account systems
- **Manage accounts receivables** by ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans
- **Document** collections activities and processes through superior administration skills
- Professionally **negotiate** with consumers and explore money sources to determine the best possible arrangement

**Requirements**:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in collections or a target-driven call center environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a high paced work environment
- Availability to work fulltime in our office in **Pickering, ON**

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with one 1:00 - 9:00 PM shift within the week; one Saturday a month from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

**Responsabilités**:

- Soutenir les opérations en gérant les comptes clients et les activités de recouvrement des comptes en souffrance ou en retard.
- Effectuer un travail de recherche initial à l'aide d'outils en ligne et de systèmes de comptes.
- Gérer les comptes clients en garantissant des résultats d'exécution exceptionnels dans le cadre du recouvrement de nos prêts financiers.
- Documenter les activités et les processus de recouvrement grâce à des compétences administratives supérieures
- Négocier de manière professionnelle avec les consommateurs et explorer les sources d'argent afin de déterminer le meilleur arrangement possible.

**Exigences**:

- Bilingue anglais-français
- Vous devez avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience dans le domaine du recouvrement ou dans un centre d'appels axé sur les objectifs.
- Bonne communication orale et écrite
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles
- Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement de travail dynamique.
- Disponibilité pour travailler à temps plein à notre bureau de Montreal, QC
