We are a busy Chartered Professional Accounting firm with a vision for growth, seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist on a contract basis to add to our administrative team in our Vancouver location during our busy tax season.

**Required skills**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines;
- Diligent with details on all projects;
- Ability to be flexible and available to work overtime as required;
- Able to work in a confidential environment with complete discretion;
- Effective communicator, a critical thinker, organized and enjoy working as a team

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and confirm appointments, greet clientele;
- Receive & record payments and perform other clerical duties;
- Coordinate with all staff and Partners to help get the required tasks completed;
- Preparing documents, filing, scanning; and
- Primary reception with a multi-line telephone system
