Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant will assist with the administration of the day to day operations of the office of the CEO and the Board of Directors.
They will continue to build and manage effective and streamlined administrative systems, including social media and agency promotion.

**The Executive Assistant will have the following experience and attributes**:

- Community College Diploma in Administrative Services or Business Administration or acceptable equivalent or commensurate experience
- Experience is progressively responsible administrative positions with a minimum of two years' experience in a senior role
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills. Good organizational, communication and problem solving skills, coupled with the ability to work effectively and co
- operatively with other staff, professional support services and members of the community
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Accounting systems
- Technologically savvy with experience managing social media and website maintenance an asset

**Compensation & Benefits**: CLSM provides a competitive pay package and other benefits upon successful completion of probationary period.

**Schedule**: Monday - Friday (8:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.) - 37.5 hours / week
