**What you will do**:

- Review existing processes end-to-end
- Find specific areas for improvement
- Work alongside main stakeholders
- Design and map new processes
- Pressure test new enhancements
- Present to main stakeholders
- Successfully execute rollout

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Well-developed interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review information carefully and comprehensively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Data management and Excel skills an asset
