TASKS

SALES DEVELOPMENT
- Assessment of potential to develop routing and visit schedule
- Seek opportunities to develop the brands
- Build relationship with Store Manager, Cosmetic Manager, Pharmacy team as well as Cosmetic Specialists
- Maintain the brand image and representation at store level
- Ensure adequate level of regular and promotional stock
- Planning and execution of demonstrations
- Event planning and brand support
- Training support
- Manage telemarketing accounts

SALES ORGANIZATION
- Order and manage inventory of sales tools
- Prepare and manage reports (store visits, monthly schedule, expenses, etc.)
- Ability to evaluate sales and meet objectives
- Computer literate (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and follow through skills
- Ability to manage within assigned budgets and to bring projects to term
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy, self-starter
- Requires flexibility to work some evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license

Required experience: 5 to 10 years in Health & Beauty mandatory, dermo-cosmetic experience an asset.
