Who we are:
360 Concussion Care is a leading multi-disciplinary concussion clinic that specializes in providing comprehensive concussion rehabilitation services. Our clinic is physician-led and embraces an interdisciplinary approach to care. We are dedicated to delivering evidence-based treatments while prioritizing patient coaching and education. As a learning health system, we actively collaborate with renowned hospitals and universities to drive research and continuously enhance concussion prevention and treatment. Our esteemed leadership team consists of globally recognized concussion researchers and healthcare professionals, including Medical Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists.

Established in September 2020, our first clinic is in Ottawa. Following our success, we expanded to Toronto in September 2021 and opened our third clinic in Mississauga in Fall 2022.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team. As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. You have a strong background in healthcare management, you are extremely organized and have great time management skills allowing you to manage many responsibilities simultaneously. The role would be based in Ottawa.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across three clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Implement strategies to meet clinic revenue targets.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize clinic operations
- Manage clinic schedule and ensure it is maximized
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Streamline processes and enhance overall clinic efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of administrative, clinical and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree is an asset
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical management role
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer operation, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience in supervising staff

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
