**Spécialiste, soumissions de projets**

Relevant du Chef, projets, le/la titulaire du poste est responsable de compléter avec précision et en temps opportun, les demandes de soumissions des clients, les enregistrer et les archiver conformément à la procédure en place. Il/elle fournira les documents de référence pour appuyer la précision des soumissions et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le personnel des ventes afin d’assurer l’exactitude des informations.

**Sommaire des responsabilités**
- Prépare les soumissions, soit l’estimation des coûts et fait les suivis auprès des clients internes et externes, de façon rapide et efficace;
- Répond aux appels téléphoniques des clients, résous ou propose des alternatives sur les problèmes liés à la soumission du projet;
- Assure le suivi concernant les dessins d’ateliers et effectue l’ajustement des échéanciers nécessaire;
- Analyse et interprète les plans, les devis et les appels d’offres;
- Travaille étroitement avec les gérants de territoire et spécialistes de développement pour assurer que les requis répondent aux exigences du projet;
- S'assure que les livrables du projet répondent aux normes de qualité de l'entreprise et aux exigences contractuelles;
- Encourage, développe et maintien de bonnes relations avec nos partenaires clients de sorte à assurer la satisfaction, la fidélisation et favoriser des liens commerciaux;
- Répond à des demandes de prix et fourni de la documentation ou des renseignements techniques lorsque requis;
- Négocie les prix lorsque nécessaire, selon certains barèmes préétablis;
- Fourni des rapports mensuels au superviseur sur le statut des soumissions et communique au besoin les problèmes en cours;
- Maintien à jour sa connaissance des produits pour faire des recommandations de produits de substitution acceptables, au besoin;
- Veille à ce que les normes ISO liées à la documentation de toutes les transactions et communications pertinentes soient appliquées et maintenues.

**Éducation et expérience**
- Le/la titulaire du poste doit avoir au minimum une attestation collégiale
- Un minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience pertinente, incluant la soumission de projets.

**Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes**
- Dois posséder de bonnes connaissances des logiciels Excel, Word et Microsoft Outlook.
- Connaissances des logiciels CAD et Oracle, serait un atout.
- Il/elle doit avoir la capacité de lire et de comprendre des dessins et des spécifications techniques.
- Bilingue français et en anglais, avoir un bon jugement et être en mesure d'établir des priorités.

**Project Quotations Specialist**

Reporting to the Manager, Projects, the incumbent is responsible for completing customer quote requests accurately and in a timely manner, recording and archiving them in accordance with the procedure in place. He/she will provide reference documents to support accuracy of quotes and work closely with sales staff to ensure accuracy of information.

**Summary of Responsibilities**
- Prepares quotes, namely the estimated costs, and follows up with internal & externals customers, quickly and efficiently;
- Answers customer phone calls, resolves or offers alternatives on issues related to project submission;
- Ensures the follow-up concerning the drawings of workshops and makes the necessary adjustment of the schedules;
- Analyzes and interprets plans, specifications and calls for tenders;
- Works closely with territory managers and development specialists to ensure that requirements meet project requirements;
