**A Day in the Life of a Sales Associate**:

- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
- Give Studio tours and work hand-in-hand with our coaches to guide potential members through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Sell memberships and help the studio thrive.
- Making outreach phone calls to prospective members. Being the first point of contact for current and potential members
- Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of finding a resolution.
- Actively participate in creating and actioning marketing and outreach events.
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

**Additional Information**:

- Morning shift: 4:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. variable weekdays. So if you're an early bird who loves a sunrise, this role is for you
