- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Documenting and following up on maintenance and repair issues.
- Working in Outlook Calendar to track current property files, daily activities and deadlines.
- Performing periodic site inspections and inspection reports. This occurs one morning every two weeks.
- Ordering and securing materials for trades as required.
- Reviewing, approving and filing vendor expenses and invoices.
- Ensuring all facets of the new tenants home are complete and ready for their occupancy.
- Overseeing work for our maintenance contractors and trades persons for multiple properties
- Additional administrative tasks.
- QUALIFICATIONS_
- Experience working in a fast paced office environment
- Professional written and vocal communication skills
- Experience organizing trades is an asset
- Education in this or a similar field is an asset
- Knowledge of the Landlord and tenant act would be beneficial but not mandatory
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.

**Salary**: From $53,000. Increases tied to knowledge gain.
