As a Customs Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of goods across international borders. You will work closely with customs officials, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to manage the import and export of goods in accordance with local regulations.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process import and export documentation, including customs declarations, permits, and licenses.
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes to local customs laws.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and other stakeholders to ensure the timely clearance of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions.
- Resolve any issues or delays in the customs clearance process.
- Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on customs-related matters.
- Keep up-to-date with changes to international trade agreements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of customs-related policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with vendors, internal departments, and other stakeholders to resolve issues
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to internal and external customers
- Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to deal effectively and professionally in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customs Administration: 1 year (preferred)
