Taiga est une entreprise de technologie et de fabrication de véhicules électriques tout-terrain en pleine expansion, qui recherche un Spécialiste qualité fournisseur moteur et électronique expérimenté pour contribuer à l'amélioration de nos produits et procédures et s'assurer qu'ils répondent aux normes de sécurité et de qualité. Dans ce rôle, vous évaluerez la capacité et le potentiel des fournisseurs sur plusieurs aspects pour devenir un fournisseur, et vous soutiendrez le développement et la production avec une expérience dans les technologies de production critiques où une connaissance plus approfondie est nécessaire pour évaluer la capacité du fournisseur à produire une certaine pièce ou un certain composant.

Le spécialiste qualité fournisseur participe à la sélection et au développement des fournisseurs potentiels conformément à nos valeurs et à nos processus. Dans ce cadre, vous établirez une communication efficace avec les fournisseurs afin de garantir un traitement rapide des problèmes de qualité. En définitive, vous nous aiderez à construire des produits qui répondent aux besoins de nos clients.

**Responsabilités**
- Soutenir les achats et l'ingénierie dans le développement et la sélection des fournisseurs.
- Diriger et collaborer aux évaluations de fabrication des fournisseurs
- Contribuer à la préparation et au maintien de toute la documentation relative à la gestion des fournisseurs : Manuel du fournisseur, accord de garantie, évaluation du fournisseur, audits de produits et de processus, documentation APQP liée au fournisseur (plan de contrôle, diagramme de flux, autres tests et spécifications).
- Suivre les fournisseurs pendant la conception avec une approche APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning.
- Participer, en tant que membre de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire, aux revues techniques et planifier la soumission de l'inspection du premier article (FAI) ou du processus d'approbation des pièces de production (PPAP) avec le fournisseur, assurer le suivi, veiller au respect des délais et donner l'autorisation au fournisseur de lancer la production.
- Identifier les risques potentiels dans les processus de fabrication des fournisseurs et apporter des améliorations pour réduire ces risques.
- Gérer le système global d'évaluation des performances des fournisseurs et participer à l'établissement des objectifs des fournisseurs.
- Exiger des plans d'action pour les problèmes récurrents de qualité ou de processus.
- Gérer l'audit des processus du fournisseur à distance ou sur site.
- Soutenir la ligne de production en cas de crise majeure de qualité liée à la responsabilité du fournisseur.
- Participer à l'équipe multidisciplinaire chargée de résoudre les problèmes de qualité du service.
- Contribuer à la mise en place et au maintien du programme de gestion des fournisseurs, particulièrement le manuel qualité fournisseur de TAIGA (SQAM)

**Exigences**
- Expérience professionnelle antérieure en tant que spécialiste qualité ou rôle similaire
- Disponibilité pour les déplacements locaux, régionaux et internationaux.
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la qualité, idéalement en relation directe avec les fournisseurs.
- Expérience dans une entreprise de fabrication, de préférence dans le secteur de l'automobile ou des véhicules de loisirs.
- Expérience en tant qu'auditeur de systèmes qualité.
- Une expérience en gestion de projet (principes et outils) serait un atout.
- Le bilinguisme (français/anglais) est essentiel, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Bonne connaissance pratique de la suite Microsoft Office
