We are looking for a Team Leader - Lube Technician for Take 5 Oil Change - Grimsby.
You will perform the duties of a Lube Technician which are to inspect and recommend services on vehicles based on preventative maintenance schedules. You will also perform preventative services with care and efficiency.
**As a Team leader you will assist management with the day to day operations. Coaching and leading a crew during their shift.**
**Technician Job Duties (include but are not limited to)**:
- Interacting with customers and reviewing products and services
- Removing drain plugs and oil filters
- Installing oil filters and drain plugs
- Draining and filling differentials
- Recommending services based on preventative maintenance service intervals
- Checking fluid levels
- Removing and installing air and cabin filters
- Draining and filling various vehicle fluids
- Use hand tools and compressor tools
- General cleaning and stocking duties
- Customer service duties
**Team Leader Duties**:
- Ensuring completion of daily task lists
- Adhering and enforcing of policies and procedures
- Counting and restocking inventory
- Customer service intake
- Motivate, guide, and help staff
- Train new employees
**Compensation**:
- $21-$24 per hour depending on experience
- Indvidiual and team performance bonus

**Hours of work**:
- 40-44 hours per week with possibility of overtime
- Must be available to work during operation hours including weekends
**Requirements**:
- Must have automotive/lube shop experience
- Customer service experience an asset
- Supervisor/Team Lead experience an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Tips
