Reporting to the Plant Manager the Plant Administrator performs administrative support with day-to-day operations. Preparing and maintaining all data for plant payroll, labour hours, work orders, creates inspection and test check sheets for manufacturing. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.

**What You Get to Do**:

- Provides administrative support to the Plant Manager and Lead hands
- Process all required paperwork for new hires, recalls, and layoffs for hourly staff at the plant
- Perform administrative duties related to timekeeping & reporting such as time entry for hourly staff, sick/ late request, data entry, filing etc
- Expenses/Vacation tracking for salaried manufacturing staff
- Prepare and manage reports on hours worked for plant employees
- Preparing Inspection and Test Checklists for units on the production schedule
- Liaison between plant and office regarding status of work orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Who You Are**:

- 2-4 years’ of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Kronos and Power BI is an asset
- A self-starter with a go getter attitude.
