Job Title: Test Manager - Contract (Freelance)

Location: Regina, SK

Contract Duration: 12 months + extension

We are seeking an experienced Test Manger with experience to join our client’s team and lead critical projects on behalf of our public sector client. This is a contract role suitable for a freelancer, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the public sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead project teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive project environment.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Test Manager, preferably within the public sector.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a must.
