Our Digital Advisory team is a diverse group of tech-savvy problem solvers who understand our clients' unique needs and leverage technology to create value, improve service delivery, optimize costs, enable economic development, and mitigate risk. As a trusted advisor, you will play a vital role in providing expertise to assist and empower Indigenous communities, organizations, businesses, and individuals to create value, as they navigate a dynamic social, political, and economic environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate extensively with out clients to understand their unique opportunities, challenges, and risks.
- Work closely with clients to identify areas where technology can enhance the services they offer to their communities and members and drive innovation.
- Lead client relationship and business development activities within a region to drive profitable growth for MNP while ensuring high value outcomes for our clients.
- Consider business development and networking opportunities and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needs.
- Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients by bringing the full breadth of MNP’s capabilities, ensuring that their needs are met and that relationships grow and develop.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Digital projects, including technology strategy, governance and planning, solution selection, program and project leadership, and facilitated decision-making.
- Design, develop, and manage high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
- Support other Digital teams proposing and delivering technology projects to clients by ensuring all solutions and delivery are tailored to the unique needs of Indigenous organizations.
- Effectively support practice management activities, including project budgets, work-in-progress (WIP), timely billing, collection, and variance recognition.
- Mentor, motivate, and coach team members toward professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and conducting/participating in performance reviews.
- Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, information science, or a related field.
- Experience working with Indigenous governments and/or organizations.
- Knowledge or training in Indigenous history, rights, political structures, and government policies related to Indigenous Peoples is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated experience and success in business development and relationship management.
- Three (3) to eight (8) years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment.
- Applicable designation/certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP, ITIL, TOGAF, Prosci) are considered assets.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated advanced project management skills and tactics.
- Proven people management, relationship building, communication, and leadership skills.

The hiring salary range for this opportunity is ideally $90,000 to $130,000 annually and is based on experience.
