**Concrete Flatwork Prep and Finisher**

SilverLine Group is a seriously busy construction company, looking for hardworking and reliable Concrete Flatwork Prep Finishers.

We do a variety of work from custom driveways, curbs/sidewalks, basement/slab pours, porches and patios, and steps.

**Duties**:

- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and shaping surfaces
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete concrete finishing work
- Build and install concrete forms and molds
- Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces
- Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation and finishing
- Ensure safe work practices and safe job sites

**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Concrete Flatwork Prep Finisher
- In-depth knowledge of various concrete prepping and finishing techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints as an asset
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Own tools required (hammer, tool belt, tape measure) and CSA footwear
- Proven reliable team member who we can count on to show up for work and be productive
- You are ready and available to work Monday to Friday and Saturday as required
- Valid G driver’s License with insurable driver’s abstract, an asset

**WAGE and REWARDS**
- Compensation package $25.00 to $27.25

**Salary**: $25.00-$27.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
