Paving Craftsman Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Paving Craftsman to work with us on various construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for laying down asphalt and concrete pavements, ensuring smooth and durable finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay down asphalt and concrete pavements using heavy equipment such as pavers and rollers
• Mix and pour materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Reinforce assembled products with dowelling or other supports
• Perform other laboring and elemental activities as required
• Assist skilled tradespersons in their tasks
• Loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in paving and concreting
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, including pavers and rollers
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Ability to read blueprints and understand work requirements
