Sandblaster

**Job Summary**:
TKL Group Inc. is looking to hire a skilled Sand Blasting Finisher for our Niagara Falls facility. This individual will be required to have experience with finishing concrete products. You will be responsible for Sand Blasting prior to storage. Other duties will include, communicating sand blasting materials that are running low before they run out, general housekeeping of work area, and daily inspections of equipment, tools and ppe.

A successful applicant should be hardworking, reliable, and have good communication and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities will be as follows, but not limited to**:

- Finish precast panels in all categories.
- Patching, sandblasting, bush hammering, grinding, sanding, etc,
- Perform daily housekeeping duties
- Monitor sand levels to ensure they do not run out
- Licensed overhead crane operator
- Assist supervisors with storage planning
- Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment
- Compliance with and health and safety regulations and Quality requirements.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.

**Job Requirements**:

- Additional certification may be required.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to lift 50lbs

Pay: $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Sandblasting: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
