- As a Trim Coordinator, you ensure the trim team runs smoothly by serving as highly organized support to all team members in administrative tasks, that bridge the trim developers’ work to the cross functional business needs. You will have the opportunity to learn alongside our team and our industry partners to aid in commercializing best in class trims that significantly impact the success of our product.

- The Raw Materials Development Team commercializes seasonal performance têxtiles and trims that exceeds the industry standard. We create toolbox palettes for each product category, made of innovative materials that can ultimately become brand icons for many years to come. Our success comes from our knowledge, our standards of excellence and delivering on-time material solutions, alongside our supply chain partners.

**If you were the Trims Coordinator now, here are some of the core day to day activities**:

- Preparing seasonal trim validation tech packs for handoff to Quality team ensuring calendar deadlines are met
- Scheduling cross functional trim meetings
- Supporting with internal or external testing and evaluating trims using Arc'teryx custom and industry standard lab testing, including assisting with management of any trims-specific end use field testing programs
- Ensuring the Product Line Management system (Centric) stays current and accurate with trim specs, test reports, NMF and status for trim developments
- Preparing trim boards for stage gate reviews
- Managing lab equipment maintenance schedules

- Developing to seasonal trim briefs
- Effectively contributing to cross functional discussions with designers, merchants and suppliers to make the best decisions for the brand

**Are you our next Trims Coordinator?**:

- You have 1+ years of apparel/equipment industry experience related to trims and/or materials
- You have a degree or diploma in Materials Science, Textile Technology, Product or Textile Design OR equivalent industry experience
- You have an interest and general understanding of trims and têxtile manufacturing
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks within tight deadlines
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and PLM systems
- You have the physical ability to handle small boxes and rolls of fabric, etc.
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
