We are actively seeking a skilled Senior Creative Planner with deep Motion Designer experience to join our Creative Resource team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in designing and producing digital assets for our Filmora platform.

**Responsibilities**:
Are you a Creative Strategy and Development Strategist with deep background in motion graphics. Do you have a passion for developing and creating digital products? This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills. We are seeking an individual who embodies the qualities of a Digital Product Strategist, Senior Art Director, Motion Designer, and product-minded creator to join our team. Your responsibilities will span from developing motion graphics-inspired products to collaborating on research, aligning with stakeholders, and utilizing your design expertise to create innovative offerings for the market. High technical and creative abilities are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently and with a team.

A professional background in UX is necessary or this role and any experience with digital production development is a plus.

**You will wear many hats**:
**Developing Strategic Roadmaps**: Crafting comprehensive roadmaps for the creation, deployment, and lifecycle management of creative assets, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and market needs.

**Market and Trend Analysis**: Conducting in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to guide the strategic direction of creative asset development.

**Innovation Leadership**: Leading the exploration and incorporation of innovative design trends and technologies into creative asset development to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Working closely with marketing, product development, and design teams to ensure creative assets are effectively integrated into broader company initiatives.

**Target Audience Analysis**: Identifying and understanding target audience segments to tailor creative assets that meet their preferences and needs.

**Asset Performance Analysis**: Utilizing data analytics to assess the performance of creative assets, identifying areas for optimization to improve engagement and conversion rates.

**Feedback Integration**: Implementing a feedback loop with users and internal teams to gather insights and continuously refine and improve creative assets.

**Emerging Technologies**: Staying abreast of emerging technologies and design tools that can enhance the creation and distribution of creative assets.

**Software and Tools Evaluation**: Recommending and implementing software solutions and tools that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of creative asset production.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Professional proficiency in After Effects, C4D, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and any experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn emerging design technologies, including AI tools such as MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway, as well as in-house proprietary apps and programs.
- Conduct data research to evaluate the performance of digital assets or related company products and submit reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights to guide strategic product and workflow development.
- Knowledge of digital products and the ability to work methodically, meet deadlines, and proactively address scheduling issues.
- Experience in collaborative group settings, adept at taking direction and providing solutions both creatively and technically.
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver concise and efficient solutions.
- Ability to communicate with our teams in Asia of a regular basis and address all stakeholder’s concerns.
- Excellent presentation skills.

**Education**:

- 12+ years of industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in motion design, animation, fine art, or related industry experience is preferred.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday (based on Vancouver time)
