**Job Overview**:
As a **Client Relations Assistant (Hospitality)** at Avant Harmony Ltd., you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships, address client inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Assist in planning and coordinating hospitality services to meet client expectations.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
- Work closely with the operations and events teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests.
- Provide regular updates to clients on service progress, schedules, and any necessary adjustments.
- Support the team in improving client satisfaction metrics by analyzing feedback and identifying areas for enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- A customer-centric attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
