Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Sales Support Agent to join our team.

**Your daily life**:

- As a key member of the team, you will support the international sales team with energy and attention to detail: generating quotes, order entry and effective tactical support. In short, it means playing a key administrative role in one of the largest SMEs in Quebec, and one of the most dynamic in North America

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop quotes for high-tech products while respecting the order management process;
- Receive purchase orders from customers, acknowledge receipt and launch production;
- Be a point of contact for the customer, from receipt of the order to customer service;
- Support Sales Managers across all continents for various administrative tasks;
- Maintain the integrity of customer accounts in the ERP software (SAP) according to established guidelines;
- Support customer transactions.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Diploma Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) or Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in office automation or administration or equivalent experience
- Two years of relevant experience is desirable;
- Strong computer skills: CRM and ERP software, Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet;
- Advanced level English (written and spoken);
- Good communication skills and ability to work individually and within a team;
- Excellent organizational skills to determine priorities and attention to detail;
- Ability to multi-task in an organized manner and meet strict deadlines;
- Customer service oriented;
- Proactive.
