**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated **Construction/Launch Night Shift Coordinator** to join our team in Brampton, within a project in the automotive industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate night shift activities and oversee construction progress during the designated period.
- Conduct regular inspections and visually record each area under construction, comparing the reported percentage of completion provided by contractors with the actual progress.
- Prepare daily reports supported by detailed pictures, highlighting any discrepancies or issues that require attention.
- Liaise with contractors, plant personnel, and the Engineering Service Provider Project Manager to address concerns, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Represent the interests of both the owner and the Engineering Service Provider Project Manager during night shift operations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction coordination or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, methodologies, and safety protocols.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to visually assess and compare construction progress accurately.
- Proficient in report preparation and documentation, supported by clear and concise written communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under time constraints.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
