**Job Description**:
This Service Technician position is a permanent, full-time position, from Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Our Service Technicians enjoy excellent work-life balance with a schedule that allows them to be home every night and on weekends. Our Technicians maintain, troubleshoot and repair various cleaning equipment to minimize costs and ensure customer satisfaction. Equipment issues are diagnosed in an efficient manner, solutions are provided and customer training is also included.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance and repair of a broad range of cleaning equipment, including automatic floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, floor machines, vacuums and other general cleaning equipment
- Ability to test, diagnose, repair, maintain, troubleshoot and recondition cleaning-related equipment
- Service and repair equipment in shop and on-site for the customer
- Communicate with customers for maintenance and service requests as required
- Document work performed and complete service work orders
- Participate in service training
- Adhere to all Company operational policies and procedures, including health and safety
- Present a professional image in personal appearance and condition of equipment
- Completion of other general duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school graduate preferred
- Demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude, analysis and problem solving skills
- Experience working in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, air or water-cooled combustion engines an asset
- Preferred experience in a service-oriented setting
- Ability to interact positively with customers and staff
- Physically capable of sitting, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, as well as bending, kneeling and squatting.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs, with most items weighing between 2 and 25lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Self-motivated, good communicator, dependable and excel in a team setting

- Monday to Friday
