**Join Our Team as an In-House Service Technician**

**Job Summary**:
As an In-House Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our technical team, delivering top-notch support to our valued customers. Your main responsibility is to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to our products and services, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

**Responsibilities**:

- Repair and maintain company products like Tankless water heaters, Heat pumps, Furnaces, and Air conditioners at customer sites.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics for prompt issue resolution.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining needed services.
- Utilize manuals and tools for efficient troubleshooting and repairs.
- Install, configure, and test new equipment to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with technical support for seamless service.
- Document service activities accurately for each job.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for on-site work.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for additional services/products.
- Maintain spare parts inventory for repairs.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in HVAC - either as Install or Service
- HVAC or related technical certifications/training.
- Experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong technical and mechanical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Independent and team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and clean record.
- Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
- **Licenses**:Gas Fitter 2
