The Lawson Health Research Institute is one of Canada’s largest and most respected hospital-based research institutes. Dr. Frank Prato PhD, FCCPM, ABMP, FCOMP, FCAHS, Lawson Imaging Research Program Leader and Lawson Assistant Scientific Director (LIRP) is seeking a Research Administrative Coordinator. The position will report directly to Dr. Frank Prato.

**Responsibilities**:
Agenda preparation, minute recording and distribution, venue/online preparation, distribution of meeting announcement, room bookings and preparation of material for the monthly formal PI meetings and PET MR User Committee meetings
Calendar maintenance for meetings with senior administration of Lawson, Hospitals and Western
Research space allocation requests with reporting to hospitals and Lawson Facilities management
Travel: booking of registration, travel, accommodation, appointments in an integrated itinerary and completing reimbursement submissions following travel
Preparation of reports to senior management including, but not limited to, annual reports and strategic plans
Assistance with the recruitment of imaging faculty and staff
Preparation of offer letters for new appointments and renewals of appointments
Research support of the LIRP leader
Maintain all CV versions including a full CV, biosketch and Common CV
Maintain and update website information (Lawson and others) including web editing for NCBI, ORCID, Publons, Google Scholar
Preparation of PowerPoint for invited talks and presentations
Preparation of letters, peer reviews and communications requested
Transcribing manuscript reviews and online review submissions to journals
Preparation of manuscripts and completing online submissions to journals in the requested format
Preparation of the Annual Performance Evaluation for Western and Lawson
Submitting and paying invoices for organization and journal renewals
Organization of annual retreat including communications/announcements, booking accommodations for external speakers and catering

**Essential Qualifications**
- 3-year diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an office setting
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to coordinate a variety of activities
- Ability to prioritize work with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of financial reporting
- Experience in Minute taking

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Literature Search

**Immunization Requirements**
- Provide documentation you have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine and a written commitment to follow any future Public Health recommendations and St. Joseph's Health Care London policies and processes related to Covid management in the workplace
- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox)
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
