**Position Summary**:
Speedy Transport Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Operations Assistant at our Montreal terminal

Dah shift

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Enter, route and monitor bills.
- Work closely with Operations for the timely movement of freight.
- Other projects as assigned.

**Position Qualifications**:

- Previous experience within the transportation/logistics industry **preferred**.
- Good phone communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.

Quart de jour

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Entrer, mettre sur la route et suivi des factures.
- Fournir différents types de support administratif tels que répondre aux demandes des clients, maintenir les comptes clients actuels et donner suite aux demandes clients.
- Travailler de concert avec les opérations afin que les mouvements de marchandises se fassent dans les temps alloués.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience en transport/logistique.
- Bonnes aptitudes en communication au téléphone.
- Compétences informatiques de base.
- Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs dossiers en même temps.
- Capacité à travailler dans environnement bruyant et ayant une cadence rapide.
- Capacité à établir et maintenir des relations de travail efficaces.
- Capacité d’écoute et de fournir de la rétroaction.
- Capacité à établir les priorités.
