**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Plan, organize, and execute rentals for events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings
- Ensure showroom is impeccably set, demonstrating our best work to clients
- Coordinate with clients on rental needs taking a consultative approach
- Determine event timelines and provide guidance on rental budgets/needs
- Provide exceptional client services and address any issues that may arise ahead of event dates

**Skills**:

- Proficient coordinating rental agreements and needs
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in restaurant or hotel event planning
- Ability to upsell services to clients
- Excellent guest services skills
- Effective time management to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the market trends in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
