**Customer Service Role**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers while processing their transactions in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner. The Bilingual CSR will recognize and respond to the customer's needs, identify opportunities to promote and provide advice on Company’s products while developing and retaining customer loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve any customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information to customers
- Develop customer relationships by providing personalized service
- Work with other team members to ensure the highest level of service
- Enter and review orders, following up with the customer when necessary
- Communicate and uphold policies and procedures through verbal and written communication
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Must be fluently bilingual (English/French), both verbal and written
- 3-5 years of customer service experience in the Apparel Industry recommended
- Proficiency in Windows and MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Must be customer and solution focused
- Must have a "save the sale" philosophy and approach
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Focused on providing the ultimate customer experience

**Rôle du Service à la clientèle**:
Sous la direction du Responsable du service à la clientèle, le Représentant du service à la clientèle bilingue est chargé de fournir un service client exceptionnel tout en traitant les transactions des clients de manière efficace, précise et amicale. Le Représentant du Service Client Bilingue reconnaîtra et répondra aux besoins des clients, identifiera les opportunités de promouvoir et de conseiller sur les produits de l’entreprise tout en développant et en maintenant la fidélité des clients.

**Responsabilités**:

- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants et aux courriels et répondre rapidement à toutes les demandes
- Résoudre les problèmes des clients de manière rapide et professionnelle
- Fournir des informations sur les produits aux clients
- Développer des relations avec les clients en offrant un service personnalisé
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour garantir le plus haut niveau de service
- Saisir et examiner les commandes, en assistant les clients, si nécessaire.
- Communiquer et faire respecter les politiques et procédures par la communication verbale et écrite
- Autres tâches assignées

**Compétences et Qualifications**:

- Doit être parfaitement bilingue (anglais/français), à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en service client dans l'industrie de l'habillement recommandés
- Maîtrise de Windows et de MS Office, y compris Outlook et Excel
- Excellentes compétences en communication, organisation et suivi
- Doit être orienté vers le client et la solution
- Doit avoir une philosophie et une approche de "sauver la vente"
- Capacité à prioriser le travail dans un environnement rapide
- Axé sur offrir la meilleur expérience client
