Interested? We are looking for our next** Clerk **to join the **US **Customs** department

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Coordinate the customs clearance of shipments.
- Review in detail all shipment documentation to confirm accuracy.
- Maintain effective relationship with clients and answer inquiries and provide guidance.
- Tracking status of shipments and keeping clients/agents advised of status.
- Ensure shipments are released in a timely manner by communicating with various parties involved.
- Assist other team members as needed to ensure timely completion of work.
- Follow up on client’s requests.
- Perform billing function including preparing client invoice and all required support documents.
- Other related tasks relate to the department.

- You have experience in customer service and data entry.
- You are bilingual in French and English, so you can communicate with future colleagues and customers across Canada and around the world.
- You are comfortable using Excel, Word and Outlook.
- You are autonomous, resourceful and proactive.
