Manager, Operational Excellence

**What is the opportunity?**

Reporting to the Sr. Mgr. Operations Excellence, the Manager, Operational Excellence is responsible for designing, supporting and improving PTO processes in order to increase efficiency and minimize operational risk for CMO (Cash Management Operations). The is responsible to drive continuous improvement with enterprise-wide initiatives that impact CMO, process documentation, partner CMO and BFS to ensure clean execution of strategies to implement initiatives across CMO and ensure successful controls are in place.

**What will you do?**
- Lead projects that impact CMO and provide full project assessment to CMO management teams impacted, regular updates, takes lead on meetings required, and provides follow up after launch to ensure impact is still as originally assessed.
- Drive and manages key stakeholder relationships in representation for Cash Management Operations when dealing with projects and internal partners.
- Provide RPA support in assisting in documenting anticipated process, gathering benefits (financial and FTE) and outlining requirement.
- Mentor peer and junior-level associates, offering coaching and support to elevate team performance and individual potential.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- 2-4 years’ Cash Management and operational centre experience (and assessing impacts of workflow, resource allocation and associated needs).
- Strong analytical skills: impact assessments (centre-initiative focused) and financial analysis is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience with delivering high-level professional presentations to large bodies of stakeholders.
- Proven, consistent success in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives that impact CMO.
- Excellent project and change management skills (Cash Management focus - Agile and Scrum exposure preferred).

**Nice-to-have**
- French language proficiency (Advanced to Fluent)
- Prior experience working in Cash Management/Operations
- Solid Cash Management product knowledge (RBC Express, GRADS, DDA, SCM, and BCRMS)
