To support our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced recruitment leader who can develop and execute comprehensive talent strategies aligned with our long-term business objectives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership, department heads, and sales teams to identify critical skill gaps, design innovative recruitment programs, and build a robust pipeline of top-tier technical talent. Your strategic insights and data-driven recommendations will directly influence hiring decisions and position our organization as an employer of choice in the industry.**Objectives of this role**:

- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with the organization's long-term business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic business partner, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to influence hiring decisions at the executive level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze workforce trends, identify key talent gaps, and design innovative recruitment programs to attract, hire, and retain top technical talent for the organization.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment department, including setting objectives, formulating strategies, and supervising their execution.
- Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales activities for staff augmentation requirements.
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with department heads, sales leadership, and other key stakeholders to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Manage and optimize the organization's network of recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, and industry partners to ensure a robust and agile talent pipeline.
- Negotiate favorable terms and service-level agreements with recruitment vendors to maximize the return on investment.
- Regularly review and report on the performance of the recruitment function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 8+ years of progressive experience in senior technical recruitment or talent acquisition leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent strategies in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Experience with contact center technology (Genesys, Nuance, Cisco, LivePerson) is preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Expertise in workforce planning, data analysis, and performance reporting to drive informed decision-making.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Bilingual (French) is an asset.
