**What We Offer**:

- Pay as per the collective bargaining agreement ($26.65 - $28.70), based on level of experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Lives Forbes Bros. value of WE WORK SAFE & never compromising on safety in all aspects of our every day
- Assist with and execute day-to-day activities as required to meet project and client deadlines
- Provide labor support in various functions as required by project
- Conduct groundwork including shoveling snow, raking, pumping water, etc., as required by ongoing project specifications
- Load and unload various materials to work site and vice versa
- Operate and maintain tools, hand tools, equipment in compliance with company policies and standards
- Ensure cleanliness of sites by routinely removing garbage and other debris
- Other tasks as per project functions may be assigned

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum one (1) year experience in the Construction Industry, preferably Powerline, is required
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License is required
- Ability to recognize site hazards and implement hierarchy of controls to eliminate hazards with crew members
- Ability to work in field/site with travel and work hour flexibility to accommodate to remote/site work schedules
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions and environments, inclusive of heavy lifting
- Able and willing to present a valid Driver's License and an acceptable five (5) year drivers abstract
