We Are Looking for Asphalt Paving Personnel

The B&B Contracting Group has a solid standing in the civil construction sector. We are a union-affiliated employer that prioritizes safety and offers competitive compensation and benefits. Currently, we have openings in our asphalt crews for the following positions:

  • Skid Steer Operator (grinder experience preferred)
  • Asphalt Rollerman
  • Asphalt Rakerman
  • Asphalt Labourer

Hourly pay ranges from $33.63-$40.31, based on skills and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Ideal candidates will:

  • Be capable of handling physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions and terrains
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive team spirit
  • Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Be consistently punctual and reliable
