**What You’ll Do**

**Purpose of the Position**

Lead the development and management of Corporate Eyecare, Safety Eyewear, Health Fund and Membership Organisation relationships across BC & AB to drive sales, volume and profitability while maintaining agreed service levels.

**Position Responsibilities**

Corporate Eyecare
- Oversee the creation and delivery of offers, tools and platforms to drive and manage our business to business offer
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate eyecare accounts, generating leads to create new accounts and working towards agreed targets to ensure growth of the corporate eyecare department
- Lead Customer Care activities for new and existing corporate eyecare accounts including ongoing support, on-boarding, business reviews and contract renewals.
- Liaise with Specsavers stores and key stakeholders within the support office to ensure Corporate offers are executed effectively in store
- Oversee the creation and delivery of new marketing initiatives.

Member Organisations
- Develop and manage relationships with key member organisations (Associations / Trade Associations / Unions / etc) with the objective of presenting Specsavers as a preferred option for their members eyecare needs
- Develop plans to keep relationships and offers relevant and beneficial to all stakeholders.
- Explore potential opportunities with new member organisations that offer significant potential to grow Specsavers’ customer database.

Health Insurance Providers
- Develop and manage relationships with Health Insurance providers with the objective of presenting Specsavers as a preferred option for their members to use their vision benefits
- Identify and deliver promotional opportunities to grow Specsavers business
- Act as the main contact point between Specsavers and Health Insurance providers ensuring a co-ordinated approach to cross functional activity

Safety Eyeware
- Target and secure new safety contracts for the business.

Other duties
- Work with finance to understand the performance and profitability of the B2B business and develop KPI reporting
- Proactively monitor results against business goals and make recommendations to course-correct and alter programs where shortfalls are forecasted.
- Maintain existing Corporate accounts within the portfolio and ensure their requirements are being met
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing corporate account needs, providing value-added solutions, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
- Identify and assess potential partner organizations to determine if they are compatible with Specsavers’ products and services.
- Initiate direct communication with key stakeholders to present tailored corporate eyecare solutions.
- Expand existing accounts through cross-selling of safety eyewear, where appropriate.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years experience in account management/customer service based role
- Previous experience in B2B selling, health insurance, employee benefits or other related area
- Well organized individual who can administer functions in absence of manager, ie a self-starter.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and make decisions under pressure
- Highly competent and demonstrable computer skills with knowledge and experience in the use of the Microsoft suite of software a
