**About the Role**

Based at the project site in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta the Job Cost Administrator will provide routine transactional reporting for the following processes on a global basis including: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire (i.e., Payroll), Fixed Asset Reporting and Management

**As an Job Cost Administrator at Graham, you will**:

- Enters leave type hours from HR onto spreadsheet for payroll.
- Reviews and exports weekly timesheets.
- Reviews and exports labor job cost transfers on a daily basis.
- Follows up on problem labor job cost transfers using timesheet status report.
- Manages the timekeep support mailbox.
- Prepares labor job cost transfers for imaging.
- Runs miscellaneous reports.
- Uploads and posts labor hours exported from prior day.
- Runs nightly revenue process.

**Qualifications/ Experience**:

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
