**DALMEN WINDOWS AND DOORS** has been manufacturing windows and doors in St. Isidore, Ontario since 1973, and is one of the most renowned brands in Ontario and Quebec for high-efficiency and European-Style products and systems.

**DALMEN** is currently seeking for a **Business Development & Project Manager** for the region of **Laurentides, Quebec** (Mont-Tremblant, Saint-Sauveur, Ste-Agathe-des-Monts, Sainte-Adèle and surrounding areas).

The **Business Development & Project Manager** is responsible for the promotion of Dalmen Windows and Doors products and systems to clients within the assigned territory by developing and maintaining new and existing clients to support the company's growth.

The prime market areas include residential and commercial construction segments.

Clients include owners, corporate and property management accounts, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and distributors.

**The Job roles will consist of but will not be limited to**:

- Provide on-site consultation, estimates and sales
- Develop new relationships with clilents, contractors, distributors and professionals;
- Develop plans for the local market for appropriate coverage of the customer types in order to effectively promote Dalmen products and systems;
- Participate in industry trade shows, and industry association meetings and events;
- Communicate, liaise and maintain a positive presence with industry professionals, including contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, specification writers and owners;
- Communicate and liaise with the head office providing a transfer of market information, market requirements and technical concerns, keeping the President informed;

- Bilingual (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) in both French and English, organization, planning and time management skills
- Good knowledge and experience in the construction and industry related markets
- 3 to 5 Years sales experience in the construction market or another similar market
- Ability to read architectural plans and specifications and draw simple construction details (an asset)
- Executive level presentation, selling and negotiating skills
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Punctuality
- Excellent time management.
- Ability to work independently
- Great Attention to Detail

The **Business Development & Project Manager** can expect some after-hours meetings and weekend activities as required to accomplish its duties

Daily work schedule can vary depending on circumstances

The **Business Development & Project Manager** can expect to travel to outside areas of the local market within its territory or region.

**Must have a valid driver's license. A company vehicle will be provided.**

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
