Technical support / troubleshooting PERS (Personal Emergency Response System) equipment
Liaise between vendors, service providers and clients
Manage installation and maintenance logistics
Facilitate inbound sales of PERS service and equipment
Maintain client database
Clerical duties and telephone reception
Maintain client and volunteer relationships
Promote the Connect Care service internally and externally

**Essential Qualifications**
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent in the province of Ontario
- Basic level Word and Excel, experience with Outlook
- Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Previous health care experience
- Superior communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in French would be an asset
- Experience with payroll, supply ordering and inventory tracking
- Previous experience working in customer databases and managing customer information
- Previous experience working with elderly adults
- Strong critical thinking/troubleshooting skills

**Immunization Requirements**
- Provide documentation you have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine and a written commitment to follow any future Public Health recommendations and St. Joseph's Health Care London policies and processes related to Covid management in the workplace.
- Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox)
- Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
