What you’ll do:

- Complete residential and commercial installations of broadband equipment and services
- Repair and replace faulty drop cables
- Replace faulty Broadband electronics, coaxial, and fibre optic cables
- Perform audits as requested and report all discrepancies and security breaches
- Provide positive customer experiences regarding equipment and services
- Perform all work in accordance with quality control guidelines and company policies and procedures

What you’ll bring to the team:

- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Electronics/electrical experience considered an asset
- Strong analytical skills and technical abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work with the public, in a customer focused environment
- Effective communication skills are required
- Must be a good team worker and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Certificate of Emergency First Aid and CPR C
- Must have no fear of heights and be able to carry 75 lbs
