As a professional services consulting firm, the development of people is central to our organization. As a small highly integrated team we contribute to and shape the employee experience in all stages of the employee lifecycle - from recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, wellbeing, culture, employment law and privacy to culture and benefits. Do you see yourself excited to contribute to
- Recruitment - create compelling job postings, coordinate interviews, organize hiring teams, administer our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse Recruiting and research recruitment best practices, tools and technology.
- Onboarding - collaborate on a review of our onboarding experience, identify needs, and support development of content and training to help people get started and learn what they need to know to be successful.
- Growing and developing - support the coordination of project team meetings and follow-up, research, information design and communications to help people thrive through their contribution including support with a coaching program rollout.
- Learning - support the development and coordination of learning pathways and the implementation of our LinkedIn Learning hub, research and monitor trends in training.
- Culture and employee experience - help to create a healthy and resilient culture of care and contribution, support building a stronger employee experience through involvement with our listening strategy, employee feedback, surveys and conversation and wellbeing initiatives.

**About You**

This position is best suited for someone who values collaboration, contribution and results. Our team is looking for someone who wants to get exposed to all aspects of the employee lifecycle and is excited to jump in where needed. We are open to considering a variety of backgrounds like Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology or a related field.
