You analyze and diagnosing issues related to IT deliveries and rollouts, as well as controls and quality assurance. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit, and help prepare opinions and implementation plans in accordance with your discipline’s rules.

You conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and processes drawing on your extensive knowledge of your line of business and your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other technology fields.

You assist clients and partners.

General Information on the Position

Other working conditions- Schedule: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week- Workplace: Position located in Montreal or Levis, depending on the applicant selected. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work- Other relevant information: You will be called upon to work in collaboration with CGETI technicians during major incidents- Number of jobs available: 1

**Qualifications**:
- General college diploma in a related field- A minimum of three years of relevant experience

Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.- For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required.

Specific knowledge- Fluency in spoken and written French- Upper intermediate knowledge of English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
