**Job Overview**

Are you currently selling vehicles at an **import **store? Would you like to increase your earnings? It's a simple fact that domestic pays more. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven import sales consultant to join our team. As a sales consultant, you will have access to the most extensive, high-paying new domestic and all-brand pre-owned inventory levels in the region, and join an established dealer group with 5 store-fronts. Our aggressive pay plan and personable management style allows us exceptional employee relationship and retention.

**Duties**
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their budget and requirements
- Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the features and performance of different vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to ensure a fair and satisfactory sales transaction
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, current promotions, and dealership policies
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in import car sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Retail sales and hospitality experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to upsell additional products or services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $38,150.57 per year
