**Description**:
As a Dental Technician - CAD Designer you'll be responsible for helping to improve teeth and for replacing lost teeth. You'll improve teeth for aesthetic reasons, and work to the prescription of a dentist to make bridges, crowns, and dentures. If you have at least 3 years’ experience in the dental lab industry we want to hear from you A relocation package will be available.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Use CAD software design tools to ensure anatomy, margin, color, contact, and occlusion requirements are achieved in accordance with Doctor's prescriptions
- Scan and design dental prosthetics (implants, crowns, inlays/onlays, temp crowns.)
- Make sure all Rx's are being followed.
- Ensure all material manufacturers' instructions are being followed
- Liaise with manufacturers around outsourced implant cases, overall case design, and return times
- Check incoming work before beginning work on the case (bites, copings, opaque, abraded dies, etc.)
- Ensure the scanning machines are calibrated and maintained properly
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- 3Shape, Exocad or InLab software experience
- Certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education and experience
- 3 years + of experience in CAD
- Must have a thorough understanding of dental anatomy
- Ability to communicate in either French or English (Bilingual is considered an asset).**Technicien Dentaire - Concepteur CAD**

**Description**:
En tant que technicien dentaire - concepteur CAD, vous serez responsable d'aider à améliorer les dents et à remplacer les dents perdues. Vous améliorerez les dents pour des raisons esthétiques et travaillerez selon la prescription d'un dentiste pour fabriquer des ponts, des couronnes et des prothèses dentaires.

**Responsabilités générales**:

- Utiliser des outils de conception de logiciels de CAO pour s'assurer que les exigences d'anatomie, de marge, de couleur, de contact et d'occlusion sont respectées conformément aux prescriptions du médecin
- Numériser et concevoir des prothèses dentaires (implants, couronnes, inlays/onlays, couronnes temporaires.)
- Convient à toutes les prothèses conçues
- Assurez-vous que tous les Rx sont suivis.
- Assurez-vous que toutes les instructions des fabricants de matériaux sont suivies
- Assurer la liaison avec les fabricants concernant les cas d'implants externalisés, la conception globale des cas et les délais de retour
- Vérifiez le travail entrant avant de commencer à travailler sur le boîtier (morsures, chapes, matrices opaques, abrasées, etc.)
- Assurez-vous que les scanners sont calibrés et entretenus correctement
- Effectuer d'autres tâches ou projets assignés par la direction

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience des logiciels 3Shape, Exocad ou InLab
- Certification en tant que technicien dentaire agréé ou formation et expérience équivalentes
- Trois ans d'expérience en CAD
- Doit avoir une compréhension approfondie de l'anatomie dentaire
