**Description**:
The Case Consultant is responsible for client communication with regards to case support and treatment planning, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This position will also be responsible for managing final quality control and providing internal team training around technical aspects of all cases.

**General Responsibilities**:
**As a Case Consultant**
- Assess, identify, and offer solutions for problem restorative cases
- Ensure proper instructions are given to the technicians regarding problem cases

**As a Dental Technician**
- Porcelain build-up
- Stain and glaze
- Design crown and bridge
- Cement implant crowns on abutments
- VIP designs

**As Final Quality Contro**
- Verify cases coming from plaster room before putting in production.
- Ditch margins.
- Verify and correct work ticket.
- Verify digital designs.
- Verify wax-ups before investing.
- Ensure final restorations and appliances meet the company quality control standards.

**As Customer Success Support**
- Assist with supporting customer service functions when required.
- Ensure Dr’s are providing proper instructions on cases that help maintain quality of product.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical School - Certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education and experience
- 5 years of experience in dental lab industry
- Must be able to manage people, processes, and technology
- Must possess effective English and French communication skills (both oral and written,) while offering strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills; acts skillfully with a sense of urgency
- Experience with 3Shape and Exocad systems
- Experience with All-on-X cases
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking experience

**Description**:
Le Consultant de cas est responsable de la communication avec les clients concernant le soutien des cas et la planification des traitements, tout en maintenant un haut niveau de satisfaction client. Ce poste sera également responsable de la gestion du contrôle de qualité final et de la formation de l'équipe interne sur les aspects techniques de tous les cas.

**Responsabilités générales**:
**En tant que Consultant de cas**:

- Évaluer, identifier et proposer des solutions pour les cas de restauration problématiques
- S'assurer que les instructions appropriées sont données aux techniciens concernant les cas problématiques

**En tant que Technicien dentaire**:

- Montage de porcelaine
- Coloration et glaçage
- Conception de couronnes et ponts
- Cimenter les couronnes implantaires sur les piliers
- Conceptions VIP

**En tant que Contrôle de qualité final**:

- Vérifier les cas provenant de la salle de plâtre avant de les mettre en production
- Dégager les marges
- Vérifier et corriger les bons de travail
- Vérifier les conceptions numériques
- Vérifier les maquettes avant investissement
- S'assurer que les restaurations finales et les appareils respectent les normes de contrôle de qualité de l'entreprise

**En tant que Support à la réussite client**:

- Aider aux fonctions de service à la clientèle lorsque nécessaire
- S'assurer que les docteurs fournissent des instructions appropriées sur les cas pour maintenir la qualité du produit

**Qualifications**:

- École technique - Certification en tant que technicien dentaire enregistré ou formation et expérience équivalentes
