We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and empathy will contribute to our clients' positive experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth, both in person, over the phone and through our HOW app.
- Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up, ensuring a well-organized calendar.
- Collect and update client information accurately in our electronic records system.
- Assist clients in filling out necessary forms and documents.
- Coordinate communication between clients and medical staff.
- Handle billing inquiries and help clients process their payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding client information and medical records.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathetic and compassionate nature, with the ability to connect with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of medical terminology is an asset.
