Locations:

- 17 Queen St N, Streetsville
- 3105 Winston Churchill Rd

**Positions Available:

- Budtenders (Full-time and Part-time)
- Key Holders (Full-time and Part-time)

**Job Description**:
As a Budtender at Flowertown Cannabis, you’ll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through our diverse product offerings and ensuring they have a positive, informed experience. You'll stay updated on industry trends, maintain a clean and organized store, and adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations.

As a **Key Holder**, you will take on additional responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, ensuring all daily operations run smoothly, and supporting the team in maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with product knowledge
- Educate customers on strains, concentrates, edibles, and accessories
- Handle sales transactions with accurate cash handling
- Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper procedures are followed
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and maintaining store cleanliness
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends

Qualifications:

- Experience in retail or customer service (cannabis industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cannabis products and Ontario's legal landscape
- Must be 19+ and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
