Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Keyholder/Budtender to join our team. As a Keyholder/Budtender, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers, providing them with a welcoming and informative experience.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
- Educate customers on the various strains, product types, consumption methods, and responsible cannabis use.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal regulations, including age verification and ID checks.
- Perform inventory management tasks, such as receiving and organizing stock, monitoring inventory levels,
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the store's appearance is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Participate in ongoing product training and stay up to date with new product releases.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Act as a keyholder, opening and closing the store, ensuring security protocols are followed.

Qualifications:

- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about cannabis products and their effects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Knowledge of Ontario's cannabis laws and regulations is an asset.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
